Clerk to the Parish Council, Mrs Anne Howls
Mrs Anne Howls became the Clerk to Ellesmere Rural Parish Council in December 2004. She obtained the AQA Certificate in Local Council Administration with Distinction in August 2004. She is also Clerk to Baschurch Parish Council and Hordley Parish Council and is the Secretary to the Committee of the Shropshire Association of Local Councils for the Oswestry Area. A retired Police Officer she continues to enjoy working with the local communities as she did during her Police Career.
